Nori Chips

Our absolute favorite!

One bag Dry Nori

1-2 Tbs Oil (EVOO or Toasted Sesame Oil are our favorites)

Sea salt to taste

Optional additional ingredients: Nutritional yeast, garlic powder, chili flakes, fresh herbs, get creative!

Directions: In large bowl tear nori into bite sized pieces. Then toss to coat all pieces in oil. Sprinkle with salt and other seasonings if using.

Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Watch carefully as these are easy to burn, but you also want to make sure they get a little toasted on the edges.

Watch out- these disappear fast!

DIY Toasted Nori Flakes

Ran out of your Kelpful Toasted Nori Flakes? We get it, they're so yummy they go fast! Fear not. If you have some of our whole dry nori you can make your own! Just place whole dry nori in a single layer on a baking sheet and toast at 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Watch them closely so that they don't burn. When they smell toasty, immediately transfer to a food processor and process into small flakes. Store in an airtight container and sprinkle away!
