We are currently working on developing a pilot project to test the viability of polyculture seaweed and shellfish farming on the Central Coast of California. We are partnering with educational and research institutions, local/ coastal regulatory agencies, and other local, regional, and national businesses and non-profits to do research and feasibility studies.
We are also sustainably wild harvesting small quantities of seaweed for sale. The main goal is to educate our community about the health benefits and culinary potential for incorporating more sea vegetables into our food system, and to raise funds for our future regenerative ocean farm.
